**Real Estate Sales Executive**
**PropGenius** is looking for a **highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive** to join our team If you have a **minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales** and a passion for closing deals, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle property sales transactions from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property owners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values.
**Requirements**:
**Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).**
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proven track record of successful property sales.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
**Competitive Salary + incentives**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
