- **Knowledge and practical experience of EMC Storage SAN; NAS technologies and replication.**:
- **Have a practical working knowledge EMC Unity;EMC Power store and Vplex ;EMC Isilon Storage Boxes with replication technologies.**:
- **Provide performance tuning and troubleshooting of all DELL storage technologies.**:
- **Performance analysis of the environment is mandatory requirement.**:
- **In depth understanding about SAN fabrics and Host to SAN connectivity/Performance Management Configuration Management and Capacity Management**:
- **Good working knowledge Fabric Switches Brocade/Directors/Enclosers.**:
- **Need to have knowledge storage operations using ITIL Framework Incident Management Problem Management; Participate in Change release management Plan**:
- **Implement routine normal complex changes Participate in CAB and TAB Raise change requests where required.**:
- **Storage SME are responsible for Monitoring Incident and Change.Ability to lead escalations within Storage and cross platform.**
