**Job Title**:Visual Graphic Artist / Designer

**Location**:Hyderabad

We are looking for a Visual Graphic Artist who is creative and enthusiastic about creating high
- quality, engaging content for our Content team. As a Visual Graphic Artist, you will work closely with designers, writers, and the Marketing team to formulate strategies and best practices for implementing a unified visual design language across all Medvarsity products. You will create engaging and easy-to-use design solutions that address complex business needs. Additionally,

you will be responsible for creating mobile-centric content under senior's direction, both static and dynamic (GIFs, videos, motion graphics).

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with designers, writers, and the Marketing team to formulate strategies and best practices for implementing a unified visual design language.
- Create engaging and easy-to-use design solutions that address complex business needs.
- Deep knowledge of design principles like layout, typography, and color should be apparent.
- Create mobile-centric content under seniors' direction - Both static and dynamic(Gifs, Videos, Motion graphics).
- Partner closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes the Technology team, copywriters, product managers, and engineers.
- Create components and production assets.
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or Motion graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe InDesign).
- Knowledge of social media designs and guidelines.
- Knowledge of Video formats, aspect ratios.
- Ability to create short format videos - explainers, infographics.
- Good listening skills and ability to take feedback.
- Exposure or knowledge of AI generative tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience as a Visual Graphic Artist.
- Proven graphic designing experience and a strong portfolio of illustrations or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe InDesign).
