As a **Financial Service Consultant in the Banca Channel**, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our banking partners to offer them personalized life insurance solutions tailored to their financial needs. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships, providing expert advice, and promoting our products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Roles and Responsibilities: _
- **You will get customer leads from the bank.**:

- Build rapport and establish trust with customers through proactive communication, needs analysis, and personalized financial planning sessions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews to deepen relationships, address customer inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
- **Present and promote the range of life insurance products and services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and suitability based on individual financial goals and risk profile**s.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance customer value.
- Educate customers on the importance of life insurance and financial planning, empowering them to make informed decisions to protect their families and secure their financial future.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance sector, incorporating relevant insights into sales practices and customer interactions.
- We're looking for someone with: _
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of achieving targets.**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and market dynamics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
