**Speaking with School principals, coordinators and teachers to understanding needs** **of clients**, briefing & coordinating with content & operations team to ensure development of relevant & customized curriculum, lesson plans, events, training etc
- **Creation & maintenance of** School Profiles, Educator Class Schedules, Class Trackers, Project Reports, Educator Class Journals, Attendance Logs.
- **Maintenance of program learning modules, props & any other material** related to class provided by Val-Ed & school authorities
- **Values Based Events **- Contribute to planning, organizing and follow up of Val-Ed events in schools etc
- **Oversee administering of credible assessments** to understand program impact
- **Educator Training **- Contributing in the Orientation, Training, Mentoring & Monitoring of Educators
- **Teacher & Parenting Training **- Ensuring requisite Teacher & Parenting Training programs at client schools (Both online & offline)
- **Discuss, review & document program progress** with concerned educators, content team, program manager & school authorities as per prescribed timelines & format
- **Deliver Saksham Values Programs independently** as an Educator wherever feasible
- **Regular interaction** with Students, Educators & School Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
