**Job Title: 3D Architectural Visualiser (Interior & Exterior)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- 3D Modeling and Rendering: Create detailed 3D models of interior and exterior spaces using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Photorealistic Rendering: Develop high-quality, photorealistic visualizations of architectural designs, including lighting, texture, material, and color accuracy.
- Interior and Exterior Design Visualizations: Produce both interior and exterior renderings based on architectural plans, sketches, and design briefs.
- Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visual representations.
- Animations and Walkthroughs: Create 3D animations and virtual walkthroughs to bring designs to life, providing immersive experiences for clients.
- Post-Production: Use software like Photoshop or After Effects for post-production work on renderings, refining images for final presentation.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple visualization projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education: A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in 3D architectural visualization with a portfolio showcasing both interior and exterior projects.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in 3D visualization tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Blender, etc. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
- Artistic Skills: Strong artistic ability with an understanding of design principles, lighting, perspective, and composition.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately represent architectural details and specifications.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with VR/AR visualizations.
- Knowledge of BIM software like Revit.
- Ability to create 360-degree panoramas and virtual tours.
