**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop engaging designs for social media posts, banners, ads, presentations, and other digital creatives.
- Create branding materials including logos, brochures, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
- Understand project requirements and translate briefs into visually appealing concepts.
- Ensure consistency across all designs as per brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and client servicing teams to deliver timely and effective creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- **(For Senior Role)**: Lead creative directions and provide guidance to junior designers.
- **(For Senior Role)**: Review and ensure quality control of all creative outputs.
- **(For Senior Role)**: Manage multiple projects and interact with clients for design presentations (if required).

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools like Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW etc.
- Strong sense of visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Creativity, originality, and the ability to think out-of-the-box.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **(For Senior Role)**: Strong conceptual thinking and ability to lead creative solutions.
- **(For Senior Role)**: Experience in mentoring juniors and handling end-to-end design projects.

**Experience Required**
- **Junior Graphic Designer**: 0.6 - 2 years
- **Senior Graphic Designer**: 3 - 4 years

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications/courses will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
