Service technicians specializing in CNC, laser, and plotter machines play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing these sophisticated pieces of equipment.

1. **Installation and Setup**:

- Install new CNC, laser, and plotter machines at client sites.
- Ensure proper calibration and setup of machines for optimal performance.

2. **Routine Maintenance**:

- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement to prevent machine downtime.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to ensure all components are functioning correctly.

3. **Troubleshooting and Repairs**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components.
- Work with manufacturers for specialized parts and support when necessary.

4. **Software Updates and Configuration**:

- Update machine software and firmware to the latest versions.
- Configure software settings to meet specific operational requirements.

5. **Training and Support**:

- Train operators and clients on the proper use and maintenance of machines.
- Provide technical support and answer queries regarding machine operations.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed service records for each machine.
- Prepare service reports and documentation for clients and internal records.

## Required Skills and Qualifications

1. **Technical Knowledge**:

- In-depth understanding of CNC, laser, and plotter machine operations.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer systems used in these machines.

2. **Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Analytical skills to understand complex problems and find effective solutions.

3. **Hands-On Experience**:

- Practical experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery.

4. **Customer Service

Pay: ₹9,056.67 - ₹25,194.63 per month
