Role Purpose:

- Responsible for regular updates of company/product profiles and addition chemical reactions for a GMI offering which require understanding of Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals domain
- Responsible for analysis, validation of data and resolution of client queries
- Assist with required information for commercial and sales teams

Principal Accountabilities:

- Performs research via internet and other resources to update/add contact details and product lists of chemical companies into our database
- Performs research via internet to find and add reaction processes / preparation methods for Pharma and chemical compounds into our database
- Retrieve the list of Quarterly DMF updates from the FDA, clean and upload the data
- Help clients in their daily sourcing, procurement, marketing and research needs
- Identify any sales lead or new contract information and forward them to the respective departments
- Proactively identifies and resolves any inconsistency
- Timely answer straight forward questions received from clients

**Education**:
1. Graduate/Post-Graduate in Pharmaceutical discipline; Chemistry background or experience is desirable

**Experience**:
1. 1-3 year of work experience in Pharmaceutical industry (Research and Analytics)
