Job Description: Personal Loan Telecaller

**Position**: Telecaller (Personal Loan)
**Location**: Thane West, Mumbai
**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 1 to 2 years
**Education Required**: Minimum Graduate
**Languages Required**: Hindi, English, Marathi (Proficiency in all three languages preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with potential clients over calls and understand their requirements related to personal loans.
- Provide information on loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria.
- Answer customer queries and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-ups**:

- Generate leads through outbound calls, maintaining a database of potential customers.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet monthly sales targets related to personal loan products.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
- **Documentation & Data Management**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and support.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with the latest product offerings, policies, and market trends related to personal loans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during the sales process.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Ability to clearly explain complex loan products to customers.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Prior experience in sales or telecalling, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
- **Customer Service**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other telecalling software.
- Comfortable with computer systems for record-keeping and customer management.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Ability to maintain accurate records and process information efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Team Player**:

- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other departments to meet client needs.

**Education and Experience**:

- **Education**: Minimum Graduate (Any field).
- **Experience**: 1 to 2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in financial services or personal loan products.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
