Tranzeal is looking for a SDET for one of its direct clients based out in Bangalore, India.

**Role: SDET**

**Location: Santa Clara, CA**

**Duration: Full Time Position**

**Responsibilities**:
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and validate SW test methods and tools
Manage the definition of test methods and the creation of test plans for new or updated software
Execute test cases on projects with varying difficulty
Write test automation scripts, code, and participate in code reviews
Help drive decisions about test automation strategies
Compose, execute and assess results of functional and non-functional tests according to the defined by the test strategy
Configure and manage test environments
Perform regression tests to ensure software functionality for internal research and product software pipelines
Identify and manage issues and provide recommendations to stakeholders
Promote agile software development best practices and test-driven development culture
Providing detailed bug reports to engineering team using JIRA

**Skills**:Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities
An affinity for problem solving, and the ability to understand complex relationships between product functionality and requirements
Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments
Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or computer engineering or mathematics

Experience
Experience with Functional and Performance testing, Performance Monitoring tools, Cloud platform
Experience with Java or Python, Java Scripts and OOP concepts
Knowledge of MySql, Postgres database, AWS, Linux
Experience working in GitHub, Bitbucket. Github, Maven, Jenkins, JSON, XML, HTML
Knowledge of BDD, Cucumber, Selenium, WebDrive, Rest API, Soap API, Mockito, Junit, TestNG, Security
Experience working in an Agile development organization
Knowledge of Intellij or Eclipse, Agile, SAFe, JIRA, Splunk
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Working experience with project task prioritization and effective time management skills to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Manual testing: 6 years (preferred)
