**Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Tax Interns**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Associates to join our Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Tax team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our clients, assisting with their financial, accounting, compliance, and tax operations. You will work closely with our clients to ensure efficient management of their business processes while adhering to regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Finance Support**:

- Assist clients in managing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and help in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide insights and support in financial planning and analysis.
- **Accounting Support**:

- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support in audit preparations and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- **Compliance Support**:

- Ensure that client operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Help clients maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and support audits or inspections.
- Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and advise clients on potential impacts.
- **Tax Support**:

- Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring timely submission in compliance with tax laws.
- Help clients with tax planning and provide support during tax audits.
- Maintain awareness of changes in tax regulations and advise clients accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Business (B.Com, B.B.A or related field)
- Prior experience or internship in finance, accounting, compliance, or tax support is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Exposure on ZOHO books and TALLY is a bonus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
