**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders in English and Malayalam.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Input data into spreadsheets or databases accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update paper and electronic records and files.
- **Basic IT Skills**:
- Ability to learn new software and tools as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in English and Malayalam (both speaking and writing).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
