**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Skills (preferred but not required):

- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with motion design and prototyping tools like Principle or After Effects.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
