An automotive accounts executive **interprets, compiles, and maintains automotive accounting information for dealerships**. They typically work in an accounting office within an automotive group and spend their days analyzing financial data, general ledger accounts, and financial records for accuracy.

They leverage accounting software to prepare financial statements, oversee accounts payable and bookkeeping tasks. They create respective reports and perform other office duties that support dealership accounting processes, as needed. Accounts executive will work in the head office of the dealership group in a full-time capacity.
- Consistently input daily financial transactions and accounts receivable data to finalize the posting process
- Perform bookkeeping duties including maintaining data on financial statements, reviewing bank reconciliations, and more
- Confirm that books are reconciled with bank statements and prepare all month-end dealership accounting reports
- Make sure accounts receivable/ accounts payable are processed promptly and properly
- Oversee automotive group payroll, so employees receive prompt payment
- Ensure auto dealership transactions are accurately recorded in all general ledgers

Requirments:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is mandatory
- At least two years of work experience in an accounting firm or as a cost accountant or bookkeeper is required
- Must be well-versed in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Exhibit exemplary problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks experience is needed - CDK accounting experience is preferred

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
