**Graphic Designer (2+ years of experience)**

As a Graphic Designer at Adinn Digital, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our target audience. With your creative prowess and attention to detail, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining a strong visual identity across various platforms and mediums. Your ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and brand consistency will be integral to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and design engaging and innovative visual assets for digital and print mediums.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistent visual identity.
- Create compelling designs for marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website layouts.
- Enhance and retouch images to optimize visual impact and align with brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a minimum of 2 years in a professional setting.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.

Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
