- NA- **Job Objective-**
- Responsible for creating Automation P&ID/Flowchart, MIDR, FS and Simulation software by following company guidelines and international Standards to create and release a standard design documents for the ACGE products portfolio.- **Primary responsibilities-**

- Create content for Master source documents in co-operation with NPD, Application Engineering & Product management department by using ACGE master document templates (Piping & Installation Diagram(P&ID), Flowchart, Machine Instrument & Design Range list(MIDR), Functional Specifications(FS))
- Create product flowchart or product P&ID along with its master tag list in order to release master flowchart and master P&ID including change control process and version controls.
- Create simulation software for ACGE Products to test machine design and interlock functions without physical machine hardware including IIOT software interface test.
- Content creation for MIDR documents as a reference to link the result with final FS & final ITR, DQ, IQ, OQ validations document.
- Fill IIOT master tag list information related each master product

**Internal process**
- Responsible for collecting information from Hardware engineering to supply content creation for ITR, DQ, IQ, OQ Validation document.
- Responsible for supporting Automation programmers for understanding on machine philosophy mentioned in design documents
- Responsible for the creation of content for software ITR documents to test Software simulation platform for ITR product PLC & user interface software with simulation
- Responsible for Master simulation tests validation and reporting

- Following Global Standards(ISP, GMP, GAMP) for execution of the functions and internal processes mentioned above.
- Following Company Standards & Guidelines by institutionalizing simulation software & master design document.
