Responsibilities:
Front Office Operations:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.

Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.

Receive and sort mail and deliveries.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.

Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.

Schedule meetings and appointments and manage calendars.

Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when required.

Recruitment Activities:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

0 to 6 months experience in front office management and recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
