Our Client from IT Industry is looking for a Junior Application Designer to Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and provide out-of-the-box solutions. Developing, testing, and deploying integrations specific to Workday to meet business requirements. Analyzes Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, about clients’ existing integrations. Use experience in Workday’s Implementation Methodology to implement projects.

Tasks
- Building complex XSLT;
- Workday Custom reports and calculated fields;
- Workday integration tools Core Connector, Document transformation, EIB, and Basic knowledge on Workday studio;
- SFTP, PGP encryption, and authentication methods;
- Creating an Integration security group and integration security user creation;
- Experience in full-lifecycle Workday implementations and upgrades;
- Experience in Payroll integrations, Workday studio, and Benefit integrations;
**Requirements**:

- BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field, MSc/MA will be appreciated;
- Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization;
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision;
- Ability to program in at least one programming language such as C#, Java (J2EE) etc;
- Design creative prototypes according to specifications;
- Perform unit and integration testing before launch;
