Architectural Draftsman/draftswoman

**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and designs based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop accurate and high-quality architectural plans.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create precise 2D and 3D architectural drawings.
- Review and revise architectural designs to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all architectural designs, drafts, and related documentation.
- Attend project meetings and coordinate with project teams to facilitate the smooth execution of architectural plans.
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary measurements and information for drafting purposes.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in architectural drafting or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Draftman/Draftwomen in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free architectural drawings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
