**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Overview**
As a sales executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and promoting our innovative financial software solutions. This position requires a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Find and reach out to potential clients, such as investors, brokers, and financial advisors. Generate leads, conduct market research, and convert prospects into customers. Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and explain how our software solutions can benefit them.
- **Sales Management**: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve your personal and team targets. Track and report on sales activities using our CRM systems. Keep leads updated and prioritize them to ensure a steady flow of potential clients. Use strategies to speed up the sales process.
- **Client Relations**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations. Look for opportunities to offer additional products and services. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with customer service, marketing, and other teams to align sales strategies and share best practices. Provide feedback to improve our products and market position. Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques. Also, create a pipeline for channel partners.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 1.5 years of work experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with sales in finance/wealth management /stockbroking /fintech /software industries are an added plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and persuasive skills. Adaptive to learn product.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Probationary period**- Three months
Must have knowledge of stock market, education background in Finance only.
Should be fluent in Hindi, English, Gujarati/Marathi.
Prior sales experience is a must in Investments, Mutual Funds, BFSI or software company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
