**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for **achieving sales targets** for cashew products in the assigned territories of **Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg.**:

- Identify, appoint, and manage **new distributors and retailers.**:

- Develop and maintain strong **business relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and key customers.**:

- Monitor distributor stock levels, order placement, and ensure timely collections.
- Conduct regular **market visits** to track competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Plan and execute **local promotional activities, product sampling, and visibility drives** to increase brand presence.
- Generate **daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports** and share actionable insights with the sales manager.
- Provide **market feedback** on product quality, customer satisfaction, and competitor performance.
- Ensure **timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and grievances.**

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of **FMCG / Food product sales**, preferably in cashew or dry fruits.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build a **strong distribution network** and manage field sales independently.
- Knowledge of local markets, geography, and customer behavior in Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in **Business, Marketing, or related field.**:

- Minimum **2-4 years of field sales experience** in FMCG, preferably in food or dry fruit segments.
- Proven track record of **achieving sales targets and market expansion.**

**Other Requirements**:

- Must be willing to travel extensively within Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg.
- Own vehicle is preferred but not mandatory

**Reporting To**:

- Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
