We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Website Designer and Content Creator. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our online presence, ensuring our users' seamless and engaging experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Website Design and Maintenance**:Develop our existing website with visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Continuously monitor and analyze website performance.
Implement necessary changes to optimize user experience and drive sales.

**Content Creation**:Develop high-quality and engaging content for the website.
Ensure content is aligned with Exam Point's brand voice and objectives.
Regularly update and refresh website content to keep it relevant and informative.

**Performance Analysis**:Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website performance.
Identify trends and patterns to make informed recommendations for improvements.

**WIX Platform Expertise**:Proficient in using the WIX platform for website design and maintenance.
Stay updated on WIX features and implement them effectively.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team to align website updates with promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in website design and content creation.
- Proven experience with the WIX platform.
- Strong portfolio showcasing website design and content creation skills.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in web design tools. Especially WIX
- Excellent graphic design skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
