**Job Summary**

To assist with the day to day running of the Store, ensuring that data related to the stores are accurate and the stores system is maintained.

**Basic Responsibilities**
- Conduct stores task -properly receiving & issuing material
- Daily reporting of raw material stock status
- Properly checking materials with the purchase invoice/delivery chalan
- Goods inwards & outward records checking, keeping all documents records properly
- Ensure all received stock is undamaged and that everything ordered is present and accounted for
- Ensuring & informed of low stock and other shortages which may require re-ordering.
- Require MS office knowledge, MS Excel & Tally Prime experienced minimum 1-2 years
- Keeping all necessary stores documents with properly ensured with received material & submit documents into Accounts Departments
- Will to go to Purchasing as per the requirement of the material

**Key Responsibilities**
- Awareness of the Inventory Management system.
- Ensure that stores work is smoothly working as per the Standard procedures & policies.
- Maintain all material properly tagging & placed as per their ordering level.
- Maintain a safe working environment within the Stores areas.

**Desirable Skills**
- Good team worker
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of the business.
- Logical reasoning, with a “can do attitude”.
- Good organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
