**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a fast and detail-oriented typist who can take accurate and well-structured Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), document action points, and coordinate follow-ups. This person should have good computer skills, be highly organized, and ensure tasks are tracked efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Take MOMs (Minutes of Meetings) quickly and accurately

Identify action points and assign them to the correct team members

Follow up on task completion and maintain a delegation tracker

Maintain documentation, reports, and business records in an organized manner

Work with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and ERP tools to organize work

✔Fast & accurate typist (60+ words per minute preferred)

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Excel

✔ Good at structuring meeting notes and documenting tasks

✔ Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills

✔ Basic understanding of manufacturing or project workflows is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
