Objective:

- Develop a 25-acre plantation focused on horticulture, forestry, and agriculture.

Key Steps:
1. Preparation:

- Survey the land (25 acres) and confirm dimensions: 425m x 360m.
- Divide the area into smaller plots (as per the diagram) with sections of 1 acre each.
- Establish a water source (pond indicated in the diagram).

2. Plantation:

- Use a 10m x 10m spacing for planting.
- Prioritize the following species:

- Border Trees: Sandalwood, Teak, Casuarina (for wind and heat protection).
- Main Crops: Amla, Sandalwood, Dates, Mangoes, Lemons, Drumsticks, Mahogany/Teak, Sita Phal, Jamun, and Guava.

3. Infrastructure:

- Set up irrigation systems.
- Design pathways for easy access to plots.

4. Implementation:

- Begin with border plantation.
- Progress to main crop planting section by section.
- Ensure planting direction is East-to-West as suggested.

5. Monitoring & Maintenance:

- Assign caretakers to monitor growth and health of plants.
- Fertilize and irrigate as needed.
- Schedule pruning and pest control.
