Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Provide leadership and vision for IT initiatives and projects.
- Oversee the planning and management of IT budgets.
- Ensure the optimal performance of the company's IT infrastructure.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software.
- Manage network security and ensure data integrity and privacy.
- Lead IT projects from conception through to completion.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest technology trends and skills.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee user support services to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
- Develop training programs to enhance employee proficiency with IT systems.
- Implement user feedback mechanisms to improve IT services.
- Identify and mitigate IT-related risks.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Ensure the company is protected against cybersecurity threats.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
