**Job Summary**:
**Skill**:HR Payroll**

**Desired Exp: Range**: 2-8 Years

1)3 to 5 Years of Experience in payroll
2)Should have experience in Payroll Processing.
3)Should have end to end experience in processing salary changes and variouslife cycle of employee pay component.
4)Sound knowledge of statutory compliances of payroll
5)Should know how to calculate Tax, Pensions
6)Should be familiar with year start/Year end activities of payroll
client/Customer/employees
8)Good working experience in SAP
9)Good working experience in MS office - Excel, Word, PPT
10)Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professionalmanner
11)Would be responsible in processing various payroll inputs from starter toleaver
12)Would be responsible in doing payroll checks along with other team members.
13)Would be responsible for processing various requests in relation to pension,leaves and taxes.
14)Would be responsible in producing various payroll reports for stakeholders.
15)Would be required to take active role in year start/END activities as wellas UAT/UVT as per requirement
16)Should be a team player and flexible ensuring that SLA/KPI are met

**Basic Qualification**:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-timeeducation ( 10th + 12th + 3 years of graduation )
- Non-technical graduation in any stream
- Good communication skills
- Should be comfortable with night &rotational shifts
- Overall work experience of 1 - 8 yearswith experience in supporting HR transaction back office operations.
- Experience in handling simple &medium complex HR transactions within Compensation and Benefits process
- Processing offer, relocation,compensation letter
- Ability to communicate with upstreamand downstream partners to drive day to day operations.
- Need to be able to communicate andunderstand the background around compensation benefit s and applicability of thesame.
- Hands on experience of working withSuccessFactors and SAP.
