**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of the software, staying updated on new features, updates, and bug fixes to provide accurate support.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, accurately diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions using support documentation and the knowledge base.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team and ensure timely follow-up for resolution.
- Gather customer feedback regarding their support experience and share insights with the product and development teams to improve services.
- Utilize CRM and ticketing systems efficiently, attending regular training sessions to stay proficient in support tools and processes.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of IT/software concepts is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
