**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our software development services and training programs.
- 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- 6. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our marketing efforts.
- 7. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives.
- 8. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, and track leads through the sales funnel.
- 9. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, including key metrics and insights, to share with the management team.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels,strategies, and best practices.
- 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital platforms.
- 5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- 6. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends.
- 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- 8. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
