Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive in Digital Marketing/Performance

Key Responsibilities:
1.Social Media Management:
oManage and grow our social media pages by executing strategic initiatives.

oAssist in generating creative content and ideas for social media platforms.

2.Content Creation and Strategy:
oCollaborate to develop and implement effective social media strategies.

oMonitor online trends to conceptualize engaging and relevant content.

3.Digital Marketing Execution:
oExecute and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.

oUtilize knowledge in SEM, SEO, and Google Analytics for performance marketing.

4.Online Reputation Management:
oOversee the online reputation across all social channels and address issues proactively.

5.Campaign Optimization:
oExplore and identify new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.

oTrack sales data to ensure alignment with sales quotas and prepare performance reports.

6.Innovation and Competitiveness:
oTest new channels and trends to maintain competitiveness and add value to the marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of internet culture, search engines, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in major social media paid marketing, SEM, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with a creative mindset for ideas and content creation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present performance reports.
- Proven ability to test new marketing channels and innovate.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
