**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs of all electrical systems including wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, switches and sockets.
- Install and maintain electrical panels, UPS systems, generators and hospital-specific electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in air conditioning (AC) systems, including split ACs, central AC units and HVAC systems.
- Monitor and maintain hospital power backup systems (DG sets, inverters).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests or breakdowns, especially in critical care areas (ICU, OT, Emergency).
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and inspections.
- Assist in energy-saving initiatives and efficient power usage.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair or AMC services when required.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical qualification.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance; at least 1-2 years in a hospital or healthcare facility preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety codes, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with AC units and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- **Other Skills**:

- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and emergencies.
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
