**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English language and literature to students of Grades VI-X in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote reading, writing, grammar, speaking, and listening skills.
- Foster a love for English through activities such as debates, elocutions, creative writing, and reading programs.
- Maintain and update lesson plans regularly on the ERP.
- Use innovative, student-centered teaching methods and integrate technology to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor and track student progress through assessments, assignments, and regular feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure students are developing effective communication skills in English inside and outside the classroom.
- Maintain accurate academic records and attendance registers.
- Coordinate with colleagues for academic planning and participate in all school activities, meetings, and training sessions.
- Communicate with parents during PTMs and follow up on student performance and attendance, including making care calls to absentees.

- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and smart class technology.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop their language skills and confidence.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
