Founded in 2016, by Varun Khurana, Otipy focuses on on-demand harvesting according to predicted demand, to keep minimum wastage through state-of-the-art technology used for procurement, distribution, and delivery. **Responsibilities**Experienced in React Native who will report at the Gurgaon Development Centre-
- Work with cross-functional teams, to ensure success in program delivery-
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews of deliverables from your team-
- Be hands-on coding/debugging if the need arises. We work with React Native, Java/Kotlin on Android, and Objective-C/Swift on iOS-
- Maintain intense focus on delivering to all committed milestones at the desired quality levels-
- Build capability within the project team to accomplish the project goals and deliver the product to market on time-
- Must be flexible and creative in thinking to execute a timeline when plans do not go as expectedRequired Experience, Skills- Architectural knowledge of React Native
Experience in integrating various third-party tools like Branch, Appsflyer, Firebase, Mixpanel, Crashanalutics, Newrelic-
- Hands-on on Unit/Integration testing framework-
- Performance improvement techniquesUnderstanding of network connections, Rest API's and scheduling.-
- Experience in using React Native components, JSX, Forms, Events, Router, Flux, or Redux-
- Optimizing app performance and memory consumption.-
- Developing reusable UI Components or libraries. Animating UI Components and responding to gestures.-
**Android/iOS native development would be a plus.**

**Qualifications**- Bachelor/ Master degree in computer science from a Tier1/Tier2 institution like (IIT, NIT, IIIT)- Having 3+ years of experience in Mobile Development
