**Last Mile Operations - Executive/ Sr. Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly evaluate delivery times, costs, and other metrics to maximize efficiency.
- Track and report performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management, and identify opportunities to improve delivery time and cost. Arrange maximum deliveries within TAT.
- Ensure compliance to PESO & transportation laws and regulations.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
- Manage delivery schedules, coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel, and track the progress of deliveries using logistics software.
- Liaise with customers, ensuring they are informed about their delivery status and handling any issues during delivery.
- Implement technology solutions, evaluate delivery routes, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Handling a team of delivery buddies.
- Create a sense of ownership for managing the operations.
- Ensuring process are followed to no loses.
- Communicating with staff about the organisational updates and changes.
- Preparation of various MIS reports.

**Essential skills & qualifications**:

- Prefer Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Or PESO certified.**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations in same city.**:

- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert knowledge of local routes and transportation laws & regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Can do attitude. Ability to think out of the box.
- Proficiency in using a variety of order management and tracking software.
- Strong data entry, data analysis, and report-generating skills. Ms. Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Creative and results-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and highly organized.
- Strong decision-making ability.
- Adaptable and eager to learn.

**Work Location: Bangalore office**

**Workdays: 6 days workweek from office. At times visit client/ delivery partner office.**

**Willing to work in shifts, when required.**

**Joining: Immediate**

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
