Liaisoning Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (e.g., management, departments) and external organizations, agencies, or clients.
- Communicate key information, updates, and concerns to all relevant stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Address and resolve any communication barriers or misunderstandings between the parties involved.
- Prepare and distribute reports, summaries, and status updates to senior management or stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure the organization’s objectives are met.
- Represent the organization at external events, meetings, and functions to maintain and enhance relationships.
- Support conflict resolution and problem-solving by offering alternative solutions and recommendations.
- Maintain records of communications, meetings, and agreements.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for conferences, events, and other activities requiring inter-departmental or external coordination.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a liaison, communication, or project management role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in (insert relevant languages, if applicable).
**Preferred Skills**:
