**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calling**:

- Initiating calls to potential customers based on provided leads or databases.
- Introducing the company’s products or services to customers and explaining their benefits.
- Handling inbound inquiries as well.

2. **Sales Pitching**:

- Presenting compelling sales pitches to convert calls into actual sales.
- Identifying customer needs and customizing the pitch accordingly.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and addressing concerns or objections during calls.
- Providing product details and resolving any questions regarding pricing, features, or availability.
- Gathering customer data and tracking responses for future follow-up.

4. **Sales Conversion**:

- Converting leads into successful sales by following up and closing deals.
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue goals.

5. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Documenting and maintaining records of all calls made, customer interactions, and sales activity.
- Reporting daily, weekly, or monthly progress to the manager or team leader.
- Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.

6. **Feedback Collection**:

- Collecting customer feedback about the product/service.
- Identifying market trends and customer preferences to assist with marketing strategies.

**Skills Required**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Ability to influence and convince potential customers to make a purchase.
- **Product Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the company’s products to answer customer questions effectively.
- **Active Listening**: Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs to respond accordingly.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Capable of negotiating prices, terms, and packages with clients.
- **Customer Handling**: Ability to manage difficult customers or objections effectively and politely.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple calls, follow-ups, and leads in a structured and efficient manner.
- **Software Proficiency**: Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: high school diploma or Bachelor's degree.

**Experience**: 0-2 Year Experience with telecalling, customer service, or retail sales could also be advantageous

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
