Primary Teacher

**Position**: PRT Teacher
**Location**: J D Academy, Manpur Rah, Near Lakhaicha Police Chowki, Chinhat-Satrikh Road, Nawabganj, Barabanki, 225122
**Salary Range**: ₹9,000 - ₹13,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in teaching (Freshers are also welcome)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for primary-grade students.
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment in the classroom.
- Assess and monitor the academic progress of students and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and distribute progress reports for students and communicate with parents regularly.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create an integrated, cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior in a positive and effective manner.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of teaching experience in a primary school setting (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach and engage young learners.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
