Overview

We are looking for a qualified Female Customer Support Representative who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.

To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. These skills will prove invaluable when mediating with customers. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.

- Compensation - Rs 14,000 to Rs 18000 (Incentives additional)
- Location - In Office (Lajpat Nagar, DelhI)
- Working Days: - Tuesday To Sunday
- Timings
- 10:30 AM To 7:30 PM

Delhi since 1992. We source gemstones directly from mines of Sri Lanka, Zambia, Burma etc to serve our customers for astrological purposes. At our showroom in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, we provide gemstones and astrological advice to our customers.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Cold calling for creating tieups with new partners.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field
- Must be fluent in Hindi & English
- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to resolve customer queries.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills with a good hand at Excel and Docs

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
