**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell TASC’s business training programs and services to potential clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads, schedule meetings or consultations, and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Attend seminars/events and represent TASC professionally to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on business goals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in education/training or service industries.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and regional language(s).

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge or interest in business training or entrepreneurship.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
