**1. Hardware and Software Maintenance**:
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other hardware peripherals.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions.
**2. Network Administration**:
- Manage and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
- Ensure network security and performance through regular monitoring and maintenance.
- Configure and support VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
**3. Technical Support**:
- Provide technical support to company staff for IT-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions to improve staff proficiency with IT systems and tools.
- Maintain the helpdesk system to track and resolve IT support tickets.
**4. IT Security**:
- Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect company data and systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Respond to security incidents and implement corrective actions.
**5. System Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and procedures.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and IT projects.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and improve IT processes and policies.
**6. Project Management**:
- Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and support.
