Warehouse Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control. The role ensures smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse functioning while maintaining product quality, accurate records, and timely order fulfillment.
**1. Warehouse Operations**
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, sorting, labeling, and storing goods.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
- Monitor and improve warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
**2. Inventory Management**
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and physical verification.
- Record all material movements in the ERP or warehouse management system (WMS).
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
**3. Staff Supervision**
- Manage warehouse staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Train new employees in safety procedures, equipment use, and standard operating processes.
- Foster teamwork and maintain discipline and motivation among workers.
**4. Safety and Compliance**
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment, racking, and forklifts.
- Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
**5. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, dispatches, and returns.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and order accuracy.
- Liaise with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for coordination.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,128.75 - ₹20,417.52 per month
