**Job Title**:RPA Solution Architect**

**Job Description: -**

Lead the design and architecture of RPA solutions using MS Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and UiPath to meet business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to RPA developers and teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA projects from requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and platforms, optimizing workflows and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the organization's automation strategy.
- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective RPA solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of RPA solutions to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA architectures, processes, and solutions.
- Provide training and support to RPA teams and end-users to ensure smooth adoption and operation of RPA solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 10-15 years of experience in the field of RPA, with significant experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions.
- Expertise in MS Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and UiPath.
- Strong understanding of RPA architecture, best practices, and standards.
- Proven experience in leading and managing RPA projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional) is a plus.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and integrate them into the organization’s strategy
