**JOB DESCRIPTION:

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the referral business development in assign territory.
- Create and maintain a Database of referring doctors, Hospitals, Clinics etc. Establish regular contact & engage with entire referral channel through personal visits, events, communication, etc. Achieve targeted revenues through referrals to Medanta Gurgaon.
- To establish Medanta as a first choice in healthcare among doctors, corporate & hospitals.
- Achieves the patient’s referral targets from the assigned territory.
- Organizing & managing events e.g. CME programs, Health Talk and Health Camps etc..
- Tie up with other primary/secondary care hospitals/Nursing homes to start our multispecialty OPDs there.
- Access the upcoming needs of clientele in the target market and develop programs to increase revenues from the territory.
- Identify, develop and manage relationship with clients for achieving organization goals.
- Client facilitation and grievances handling at all functional and operational level to improve the business relationship.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting manager.
- Qualification Required:

- Any Graduate along with MBA or MHA will be preferred.

**Technical Skills**:

- Should have knowledge to work on Computer.
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
