In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job Purpose: The role is towards handling of credit card operations in central operations and would include handling of operational activities related to credit card processing.Key Accountabilities: The job entails in depth understanding the following key functionalities: - Fundamental understanding of Credit Cards Product and process. Exposure on core-process handling at central operations. Liaison with all internal & external stakeholders (Agencies / Vendors) to ensure smooth flow of Operations.Job Duties & responsibilities: The job duty for the role is to understand the entire gamut of Credit Card processing and ensure meeting SLA’s as per Target.* Ensure the procedures / SOPs / Manuals are followed in the BAU Operational processes in line with internal / external guidelines2. Ensure all BOD and EOD responsibilities are adhered to in line with the checklists3. Ensure all internal & external reports are prepared / checked / circulated in line with the stakeholder requirements and the agreed process4.
Ensure all Checker related transactions in the system are authorized after due verification of base paper.5. Ensure MIS & Other Internal Reporting are submitted within the Stipulated timelines.6. Support any UAT as desired by the Operations / Business and clearly document the results including reporting them in time to the respective stakeholders7. Work with all stakeholders in ensuring a positive customer experience in the processing8.
Ensure strict adherence to the Service Levels (TAT / SL agreed) and any exceptions are immediately reported to the line manager along with appropriate reasons9. Track Internal processing Errors and implement plan in place for Non-Recurrence.10. Ensure that there are no Mass Errors in the cards processing unit to curtail negative customer Impact.11. Ensure compliance with all internal & external policy & audit requirements (including but not limited to Legal / Compliance / Operational, etc)12.
Maintain all registers & files as required by the Operations unit (Example: FATCA, FCY Transactions, Chargeback & Dispute records etc)13. All Credit Card post Issuance related requests are handled in line with the procedures14. Maintain High standards of governance on all Processes as per the laid out Guidelines.Experience: - At least 1-2 years in Retail Credit Cards processing - Freshers can also be considered for grooming and talent development. Knowledge on basic Retail banking Operations is an added advantageEducation / Preferred Qualifications - Graduation from any recognised universityCore Competencies
