**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Packaging Operations**: Oversee daily packaging activities, ensuring efficiency and mínimal downtime.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure packaged products meet company and industry quality standards.
- **Team Supervision**: Lead and train the packaging team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage packaging materials, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- **Process Optimization**: Implement improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and maintain cost-effectiveness.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure packaging processes comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of packaging activities, productivity, and material usage, and report to management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **2+ years** of experience in a packaging or production supervisory role.
- Knowledge of **packaging materials, machinery, and techniques**.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- **Basic Knowledge of English Writing or Reading**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹47,326.41 per month
