International Customer Service Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients
- Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customer queries and issues
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Document call details and update CRM systems as required
- Adhere to process guidelines and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and patience
- Good problem-solving and active listening skills
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment (night shifts predominant)

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in International Customer Service (Voice Process)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service, BPO in international voice process: 1 year (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset: 1 year (preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools: 1 year (preferred)
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment: 1 year (preferred)
- Inbound & Outbound calls: 1 year (preferred)
- Team collaboration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

- Overnight Shift (preferred)
