Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Executive to join our fast-growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation. You will also be expected to analyze financial data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve organizational performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong financial background and a passion for problem-solving.
Responsibilities of Accounting Executive:
1. Prepare financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
2. Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
3. Prepare and maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
4. Analyze financial information and recommend actions to management.
5. Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
6. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and legislation.
8. Prepare and submit tax returns and tax payments.
9. Monitor and review financial transactions and reports.
10. Provide financial advice and guidance to management.
