- Lead engaging and interactive training sessions focused on hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum and lesson plans to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to continually improve training programs.
- Offer constructive feedback and guidance to students, helping them enhance their skills and achieve their full potential.
- Evaluate student performance, ensuring a supportive and motivating learning environment.
- Work closely with the academy's management to continually elevate the quality of the hair training program.
- Participate in workshops and advanced training sessions to further personal and professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Trainer or in a relevant role within the beauty industry.
- Deep knowledge of hair styling techniques, trends, and product usage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and inspiring others.
- Patience and enthusiasm for student development.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology or a related field.
