Job Description
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, quotations and documents as required.
- Working with our software and coordinating with the back office staff to ensure timely deliveries and seamless experience for the client.
- Attending sales meetings, seminars and trainings as required.
- Solicit and work on feedbacks from clients to continuously improve customer experience.
- Encouraging clients to make positive Google reviews.
- Adhere to specified timelines for quotations, follow-ups and closures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the sales procedures.
- Identify and target potential interior designs, architects, influencers and clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Engage with clients, guiding them through the showroom and presenting products tailored to their specific requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients using our formats within 24 hours of client enquiry, and maintain a copy in shared drives.
- Follow up with clients within 48 hours of sharing quotations to gauge interest and answer any questions.
- Negotiate and aim to close deals with clients within 1 week of the initial enquiry, unless otherwise specified.
- Keep a record of client estimates and calculate interior estimates based on the same.
- Maintain a detailed record of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, appointments, site visits and closed deals.
- Collaborating with marketing and customer service teams to improve sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Visiting sites to understand specific requirements when the clients request for the same.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

- No travel
